Windermere understands the importance of giving back to our community. Enriching the neighborhoods in which we live and work is an integral part of how we do business. Windermere Northlake has been a prominent community supporter and our involvement with local events is very important to us.

Jazz on the Lawn - Saturday, August 8th, 2026 | 1 pm - 3 pm
Our Jazz on the Lawn event is back for its third year, and we couldn't be more excited! Over the past three years, this event has become one of our favorite summer traditions as we gather with our community for an afternoon of music, connection, and fun.
Relax and enjoy incredible jazz performed by our local favorites, The Upbeats, featuring special guest Jeff Kashiwa. Bring a lawn chair or blanket, settle in, and enjoy complimentary refreshments while taking in the music.
Community Service Day (Every June)
Since 1984, Windermere agents have dedicated an annual day of work to those in need. These hands-on projects benefit a wide variety of community-based organizations. This year, Windermere Northlake proudly partnered with the Hunger Intervention Program (HIP) for our annual Community Service Day!
We were also excited to present our friends at HIP with a $2,000 check from the Windermere Foundation! These funds will help feed hungry members in our community - a service to which we are happy to contribute.
Document Shredding & Tech Recycle Day (Every Spring)
Each year, Windermere Northlake proudly hosts a Community Shred & Tech Recycling Event as a way to give back to our community. It's an opportunity to safely shred sensitive documents, responsibly recycle unwanted electronics, and make a positive impact—all in one place.
To make the day even more fun, we serve hot dogs and snacks, and everyone who donates to the Windermere Foundation gets a chance to spin our prize wheel for some great giveaways!
Windermere Cup (Every May)
Founded in 1987, Windermere teamed up with the University of Washington to expand the annual rowing event that was part of the Seattle Yacht Club’s Opening Day of Boating Season celebration. The goal was to showcase the excellence of the UW Rowing program and the Montlake Cut as a premier rowing venue by bringing the best competition in the world to compete in the event.

Santa Photos (Every December)
Our beloved Photos with Santa event is one of our favorite holiday traditions, and we can't wait to welcome you and your loved ones to Windermere Northlake!
Join us for complimentary professional photos with Santa, delicious holiday treats, warm beverages, and plenty of festive cheer. Whether you're starting a new family tradition or continuing a cherished one, we'd love to celebrate the season with you.
Windermere Foundation (Throughout the year)
The Windermere Foundation is a non-profit organization that has raised millions of dollars to provide shelter, clothing, food and other services to homeless and low-income families. A significant portion of Windermere Foundation dollars go towards funding programs that help children, including daycare services, literacy programs, summer camps, and providing basic necessities, such as school supplies and backpacks. Our office proudly teams with Windermere Foundation throughout the year.
