- Pro-Start: This workshop is designed for the new-to-the-business broker or a great refresher for the experienced broker. In five days the following topics will be covered: Agency, Purchase and Sale Agreements, Buyer Counseling Workshop, Listing Agreements, Evaluating Residential Properties, Presenting and Receiving Offers, Real Estate and the Internet, and Open Houses.
- Windermere Installation: Over 1,000 Windermere agents have gone through the Windermere Installation program and have seen improvement to their business. This four-day intensive workshop founded by Larry Kendall teaches you how to take knowledge and turn it into skills. You will learn the FLOW system, 16 Step Seller Process, 10 Step Buyer Process, and increase your negotiating odds.
- Advanced Practices: Advanced Practices is a required course for the first renewal of brokers who have been licensed after July 2010. In four days the following topics will be covered: Agency, Brokerage, Contracts, Problem Managment, Property Managment, Evaluating Residential Properties (CMA), Business Practices, and Marketing/Negotiating/Closing.
